Worldwide warranty service

We provide a range of warranty services for Gladiator SUP-boards and components.

Warranty periods:
3 years warranty on Gladiator board (material and seams);
1 year warranty on the components.

GLADIATOR SUP reserves the right to improve the design of the inflatable board, without incurring obligations to refine any previously manufactured products.

Warranty obligations do not apply to damages caused by:
— negligent operation (the presence of wear, scuffs, etc.);
— violation of the rules of operation (water inside the product, sand in the valves, thermal damage to the surface, etc.);
— natural wear;
— non-compliance with the operating rules;
— accident or improper handling;
— making changes to the design.

Warranty periods for commercial use:
1 year warranty on Gladiator board (material and seams)
6 months warranty on components
